Job Responsibilities
- Allocate work to field executives and telecalling agents based on their expertise and workload.
- Monitor team performance, collection targets, call volumes, and recovery rates.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve team conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
- Analyse account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection activities.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and debt collection inquiries.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely recovery.
- Educate customers about their payment obligations and repayment options.
- Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
- Monitor team activities to maintain ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, outstanding accounts, and recovery targets.
- Share performance updates and recommendations with senior management.
