Required Qualifications: B.Sc Nursing, ANM or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery, Diploma), Physiotherapy and related

Monitoring and managing critical home care equipment like ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and tracheostomy tubes.

Tracking vital signs for post-operative, oncology, or ICU-at-home patients and coordinating directly with treating doctors.

Administering intravenous (IV) medications, managing fluid lines, and dressing advanced wounds or surgical incisions.

Assisting semi-dependent or completely bedridden elderly patients with bathing, grooming, feeding, and diaper changes.

Ensuring timely administration of oral medicines and managing routine insulin injections.

Checking blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation (SpO2), and blood sugar levels using a glucometer.

Helping elderly patients regain balance and walking capability after a stroke, fall, or prolonged hospitalization.

Utilizing targeted physical therapies to reduce chronic pain, arthritis stiffness, and muscle weakness.

Maintaining strict sterilization and bio-waste disposal protocols inside the patient’s home.
