We are looking for a responsible Logistics & After-Sales Executive to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and resolve customer concerns after dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and resolve delayed, missing, or undelivered orders.
- Handle customer queries related to delivery, damaged products, missing items, and incorrect orders.
- Follow up on failed deliveries and coordinate reattempts.
- Coordinate returns, replacements, and refunds with the concerned teams as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, complaints, and resolutions.
- Share daily updates on pending deliveries and after-sales cases.
