Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source suitable candidates, and support the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Job Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
