Job Description – Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Company: Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundae Zone

Job Role:

Greet customers and provide friendly service.

Prepare and serve ice creams and sundaes as per SOP.

Handle billing and suggest add-on products.

Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.

Follow stock management and wastage control procedures.

Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.

Grooming Standards:

Wear a clean company uniform, cap and apron.

Maintain neat hair, trimmed nails and a clean appearance.

Maintain personal hygiene at all times.

Wear clean, closed footwear.

Avoid jewellery and mobile phone use during duty.

Preferred: Freshers and experienced candidates. Immediate joiners
