Job Description – Medical Representative

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Representative to join our team at Namma Doctor. The candidate will be responsible for visiting doctors, introducing our clinic facilities and services, building strong professional relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to explain our clinic facilities and services.
- Identify and onboard doctors interested in using our clinic spaces.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain good relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with prospective doctors and explain rental plans and available facilities.
- Achieve assigned targets and submit regular visit reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to support doctor onboarding and business development.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to build skilled relationships and generate leads.
- Experience in medical sales or healthcare business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
