We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This role offers excellent exposure to various aspects of the lending and financial services industry, including customer service, loan sales, collections, loan processing, and disbursal.
? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, loan sales, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
✅ Conduct collection calls and follow up on pending repayments. Assist customers with loan applications, processing, disbursal, repayments, and account servicing.
✅ Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to customers.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and case updates.
