PROPERTY MANAGER – PG/CO-LIVING PROPERTIES (NAVKAR ESTATES)

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned PG/co-living properties — tenant relations, occupancy, upkeep and vendor coordination.

Supervise on-site caretakers, housekeeping and maintenance staff across the assigned properties.

Handle tenant onboarding, agreements, rent collection follow-ups and move-out formalities in coordination with the back office.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and maintenance standards are met.

Coordinate with technicians/vendors (electrician, plumber, AC/appliance repair, pest control) for timely repairs.

Resolve tenant complaints and escalate serious issues to management promptly.

Maintain occupancy records,



vacancy reports and basic documentation for each property.

Ensure compliance with society/building rules and local regulations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in property management, facility management, hospitality or real estate operations preferred.

Graduate or 12th pass with positive communication and coordination skills.

Should be comfortable managing multiple properties across Mulund, Bhandup, Thane and nearby areas.

Basic computer/smartphone skills for reporting and coordination.

Honest, responsible and good at people management.
