Aashita Enterprises is hiring candidates to support production operations, manufacturing efficiency and process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Monitor daily production and machine performance.
* Maintain production data and Excel reports.
* Assist in cycle-time, downtime and rejection analysis.
* Identify bottlenecks and productivity improvements.
* Support quality control, 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
Requirements
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
* Basic MS Excel and manufacturing knowledge.
* Valuable problem-solving skills and willingness to work on the shop floor.
Employment Terms: Initial six-month probation period. Confirmation will be subject to satisfactory performance and company policy.
