- Attend to customers visiting the service centre for vehicle servicing and body shop repairs.
- Understand customer complaints and explain the required repairs.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians.
- Provide repair estimates and service updates to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience in an automobile service centre or body shop.
- Knowledge of car servicing, repair processes and job cards.
- Positive customer communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates with relevant automobile dealership, car service advisor or body shop experience.
