Housing Baba is hiring a Site Head / Team Leader for real estate sales at our Vasai East (Valiv Naka), Vasai-Virar site and Virar East site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the site sales team
- - Attend clients and explain pricing/rates
- - Manage channel partners (CPs) and grow sourcing
- - Own site closing and booking targets
- - Maintain site discipline, culture and daily reporting
- Requirement: Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales.
- Salary: Rs 35,000 - 45,000 per month + incentives.
- Interview: Office No. 211, 2nd Floor, Parik Commercial, Bolinj, Agashi Road, above Hotel Ondway, Virar West (landmark Jakat Naka), 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM.
