Job Description – MIS Executive (NGO)

Position: MIS Executive

Location: Delhi NCR

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage project-related data, maintain beneficiary records, prepare reports, and support the NGO’s project and monitoring teams with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, verify, and maintain data related to NGO projects and activities.
- Maintain beneficiary, participant, training, attendance, and field activity records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and project teams.
- Maintain Excel sheets, project trackers, and digital databases.
- Collect data from field teams and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- Prepare project progress reports, data summaries, and dashboards as required.
- Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation of project activities and supporting records.
- Assist in preparing reports for donors, funding agencies,



and project reviews, as required.
- Coordinate with project managers, field coordinators, and other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information and organizational records.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an NGO or social development project will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, and SUMIFS.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and data management tools.
- Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, or Data Management will be preferred.

Salary₹ 15000 to 22000 per month, based on experience and skills.
