About The Role At The Growth Monks, we're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than just posting content. We need someone who can build brands, develop engaging content strategies, lead shoots, manage influencer collaborations and drive measurable growth through social media.

What You'll Do

1. Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth

- Develop platform-specific strategies and monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Build organic growth strategies to improve brand awareness, engagement, audience growth and relevant enquiries.
- Research competitors, audience behaviour, industry trends and content opportunities.

2. Content Strategy, Ideation & Scripting

- Develop creative ideas for reels, carousels, stories, campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Guide content writers on hooks, scripts, storytelling and CTAs.
- Brief designers and video editors to ensure quality, consistency and effective execution.

3. Shoot Planning & Management

- Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots, including shot lists, references and creative direction.
- Understand framing, lighting, B-roll, camera angles and visual storytelling.
- Coordinate with clients, creators, videographers and editors to deliver quality content.

4. Influencer Marketing & Creator Management

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand objectives, audience, niche and budget.
- Handle influencer outreach, communication, negotiations and relationship management.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefs, deliverables, approvals and timelines.
- Track campaign performance through reach, engagement, views, enquiries and ROI, wherever measurable.

5. Analytics & Performance

- Track reach, engagement, watch time, audience growth, shares,



saves and other relevant metrics.
- Analyse content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and next steps.

6. Organic Campaigns & Paid Marketing

- Plan organic campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, product launches and lead generation.
- Understand Meta Ads fundamentals and how organic content can support paid campaigns.
- Set realistic campaign objectives and performance expectations.

7. Canva, Client Handling & Team Coordination

- Create basic social media creatives, carousels, stories and reel covers using Canva.
- Communicate confidently with clients, manage feedback and approvals, and present content ideas.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors and performance marketers to ensure timely delivery across multiple accounts.
- What We're Looking For Robust understanding of social media fundamentals, content strategy and organic brand growth.
- Practical knowledge of video scripting, shoot planning and content production.
- Understanding of influencer outreach, creator collaborations and campaign management.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on Canva skills and a good creative eye.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and social media campaign planning.
- Strong communication, client management, organisation and teamwork skills.
- A proactive, creative and accountable individual who takes ownership of results.

We value strategic thinking, creativity, execution and accountability over simply posting content or following trends. You should be able to explain why a content idea will work, how it should be executed and how its performance will be measured.
