Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible, organized, and creative professional to manage the company's social media presence while handling day-to-day accounting and financial records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and basic accounting knowledge.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management :

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design basic creatives and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and online inquiries.
- Monitor engagement, followers, reach, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote products and services online.
- Maintain brand consistency and improve online visibility.

2. Administrative Support

- Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



or monthly activity reports as required.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Handle confidential business and financial information responsibly.
- Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and time management.
- Experience Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
- Prior experience in accounting and social media management will be preferred.
