1. Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products as per approved specifications.
2. Ensure testing activities are carried out using approved methods and calibrated instruments.
3. Maintain laboratory records, testing reports and calibration documentation accurately.
4. Monitor analytical trends and report deviations immediately to QA/QC Manager.
5. Ensure proper storage and control of laboratory chemicals, reagents and standards.
6. Support method validation, verification and laboratory improvement activities.
7. Ensure proper sample collection, identification and traceability throughout laboratory operations.
8. Coordinate with production and QA departments regarding testing status and product approvals.
9. Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety and housekeeping requirements are maintained.
10. Participate in internal audits, external audits and customer inspections related to laboratory activities.
