Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence, create premium content and generate qualified charter enquiries.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X accounts.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone and visual quality.
- Run and optimise Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
- Respond to comments and messages, and forward enquiries to the charter sales team.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and sales colleagues.
- Research aviation trends, competitors and relevant content opportunities.
- Track engagement, audience growth, website traffic and qualified leads.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with transparent improvement recommendations.




- Obtain approval before publishing client images, testimonials or sensitive travel details.
- Required SkillsStrong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Strong English writing skills; Hindi or Marathi is an advantage.
- Ability to create polished content for a premium audience.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, lead generation and campaign reporting.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Preferred QualificationsDegree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- Experience in aviation, luxury travel, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
- A portfolio demonstrating social media content and campaign results.
