Job Description – Staff Nurse

We are looking for a caring and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support doctors in daily clinical activities at Namma Doctor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and ready for use.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain medical supplies and report shortages when required.
- Support patient registration and coordinate patient flow when needed.
- Ensure proper sterilization and disposal of medical waste.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Coordinate with doctors and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration as applicable.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and infection control.
- Ability to work responsibly in a clinical environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
