* Independently manage complete exhibition stand production and execution.

* Coordinate with factories, carpenters, painters, electricians/lightmen and other vendors.

* Order and arrange materials required for production and site execution.

* Maintain records of materials, purchases and production requirements.

* Coordinate transportation, loading/unloading and material movement.

* Monitor fabrication quality, timelines and costs.

* Coordinate onsite installation, execution and dismantling.

* Resolve production and onsite issues to ensure timely completion.
