We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, rate analysis, cost estimation and project billing for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates.
- Handle tender preparation, rate analysis and bid comparisons.
- Prepare RA bills and verify subcontractor bills.
- Manage variations, claims and change orders.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption and budgets.
- Coordinate with site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Prepare cost reports and maintain project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of construction estimation, tendering and contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation software is preferred.
- Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
