- Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential and existing customers through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and orders.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations and invoices according to customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly to build long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and shipping teams to provide timely customer updates.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.





- Required Skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
