URGENT HIRING FOR BIDING SPECIALIST

Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & Tender Bidding Specialist / Executive with solid expertise in government and enterprise tendering, RFP/RFQ responses, proposal management and business development support. This role will focus on opportunities across digital marketing, website and software development, IT services, digital transformation and AI-led solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive bid submissions to support business growth.
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities.
- Lead preparation, coordination, and submission of bids.
- Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support pricing, risk assessment, and post-submission clarifications.
