Germin8 is a Virtual CFO and growth advisory firm helping startups manage finance, improve decision-making and prepare for growth and fundraising.

The Role

Work directly with the founder to build Germin8's brand, strengthen its LinkedIn presence and expand its reach among startup founders, investors and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels and thought leadership content.
- Grow Germin8's LinkedIn followers, visibility and engagement.
- Support personalised founder outreach through LinkedIn and email.
- Identify, organise and manage prospects using Tracxn and HubSpot.
- Research startup, finance and business trends to develop relevant content.
- Track outreach, engagement and content performance.
- Assist with website, presentation and internal knowledge content as required.
- Use AI tools for research, writing, design and content creation.

Who Can Apply

- Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 batches) in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing,



Mass Communication or related fields.
- Excellent written English, communication and storytelling skills.
- Interest in startups, B2B branding and content creation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva and AI tools.
- Organised, creative, proactive and able to commit full time for 3–6 months.
- Experience with HubSpot or email outreach is a plus.
