Job Title: TIG Welder

Location: Thiruporur, Chennai

Qualification: 8th Pass, 10th Fail, 12th, ITI – Fitter / Mechanical

Experience: 2–5 years

Number of Vacancies: 30

CTC: ₹3 Lakhs per annum

? Take Home: Approx. ₹18,000/month after deductions

? Shift: Rotational – 3 Shifts

Job Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding operations as per company requirements.
- Assist in welding, fabrication, and assembly of metal components.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
- Prepare and inspect metal parts before welding.
- Follow welding procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Use welding tools and equipment safely under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Inspect finished components for welding defects and report issues.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI qualification in Fitter or Mechanical trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and engineering drawings is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational three-shift schedules.
- Positive learning attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
