- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
- Explain the company's services, including Security Guards, Bouncers, Housekeeping, and Facility Management.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain daily calling records and update client information.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Operations Team.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Required Skills:Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
