1. Make approximately 20 - 40 calls per day to the assigned customer database.

2. Explain the application and its features in Tamil to rural users.

3. Educate customers on how the application can support and benefit their agricultural activities.

4. Clearly explain app features, tools, services, and the usage process in a easy and understandable manner.

5. This is not a sales role – there are no sales targets or sales responsibilities involved.

6. Maintain proper records of daily calls, customer interactions, responses, and follow-up requirements.

7. Prepare and submit a daily calling report activities completed and key customer feedback.

8. Work from the Mahadevapura office location for a Month and report daily to the assigned team/supervisor.
