We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of sales/telecalling

experience. Candidates with experience in Banking, BPO, or Real Estate will be preferred. The candidate will be

responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining the

company's products/services, handling customer objections, following up with leads, and converting potential

customers into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence

over phone calls, convincing ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Convince and engage potential customers to generate sales.





• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead status to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or a related field.

• Candidates from Banking, BPO, and Real Estate backgrounds are preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Positive confidence and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.

• Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
