Position: Production Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Production and Project Coordination • Coordinate with the production team for daily work updates and project progress. • Track project timelines, pending activities, and production status. • Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. • Support supervisors and managers in monitoring production activities. • Maintain records of daily production, project progress, and task status.

Machine and Technical Understanding

• Understand basic machine operations and production processes. • Coordinate with machine operators, maintenance team, and supervisors for technical updates. • Report machine-related issues, delays, or abnormalities to the concerned person. • Assist in collecting machine running status, downtime details, and output data. • Support basic coordination related to tools, materials, and machine availability

Excel and Documentation

• Prepare and maintain basic reports in MS Excel. • Update production sheets, project trackers, output reports, and follow-up records. • Use basic Excel functions such as data entry, formatting,



sorting, filtering, and simple formulas. • Maintain accurate records of production numbers, timelines, and pending work.

Data and Number Tracking

• Verify basic numbers and ensure accurate data entry. • Prepare simple summaries and reports for management review. • Coordinate with teams to collect correct production and project data.

Team Coordination and Follow-up

• Communicate with production, planning, quality, maintenance, and store teams as required. • Follow up on pending tasks, material requirements, and production issues. • Escalate delays, shortages, or operational concerns to seniors. • Ensure proper communication between departments for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

Basic machine knowledge. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel. • Positive numerical ability and accuracy with data. • Good coordination and follow-up skills. • Ability to understand production and project requirements. • Good communication skills. • Attention to detail.
