1. Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and construction timelines.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
5. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, billing teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
6. Track project milestones, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
7. Prepare manpower, material, equipment, and resource planning based on project requirements.
8. Prepare and update work programs, bar charts, S-curves, and progress charts.
9. Analyze planned versus actual progress and highlight deviations.

Assist in preparing baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery plans.
11. Coordinate with the execution team to ensure work activities are aligned with project schedules.
12. Review construction drawings and BOQs to understand project scope and sequencing.
13. Maintain project records, progress data, and planning documentation.
14. Prepare look-ahead schedules for weekly and monthly execution activities.
15. Attend project review meetings and provide updates on project status, delays, and critical activities.
