Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets Expert with advanced knowledge of formulas, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet automation. The candidate must have hands-on experience with VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas and be able to manage large datasets efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

* Create, manage, and maintain advanced Google Sheets for daily business operations.

* Use advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, FILTER, QUERY, and ARRAYFORMULA.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

* Clean, organize, validate, and analyze large volumes of data.

* Apply conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, and data sorting/filtering.

* Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.

* Link multiple sheets and consolidate data from different sources.

* Identify and resolve formula errors and data discrepancies.





* Generate performance reports and provide accurate insights to management.

* Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven expertise in Google Sheets and advanced spreadsheet functions.

* Strong command of lookup formulas, logical formulas, and data analysis.

* Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, dashboards, charts, and conditional formatting.

* Experience in MIS reporting and spreadsheet automation.

* Knowledge of Google Apps Script will be an added advantage.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

* Must be an advanced-level Google Sheets user, not just a basic data entry operator.

* Must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of formulas and reporting.

* Experience handling large datasets and complex spreadsheets is preferred.
