Job Location: Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Experience: 3–5 years in the Real Estate Industry

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory; MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred.

1. Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management
2.

- Manage customer queries, calls, follow-ups, and complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

1. Lead & Sales Coordination
2.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams regarding new leads and customer inquiries.
- Track lead status, site visits, bookings, and conversion progress.
- Follow up with customers regarding site visits, payments, documentation, and other requirements.

1. CRM Data & MIS Reporting
2.

- Maintain accurate customer databases and update all activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor pending follow-ups, lead status, customer complaints, and conversion records.
- Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately and on time.

1. Customer Documentation & Coordination
2.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Legal, and Site teams for customer-related matters.
- Track booking forms,



payment records, agreements, and other required documents.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to payments, possession, and project updates.

1. Process Management & Performance
2.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of pending customer requests.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Maintain CRM trackers, checklists, registers, and reports.
- Follow company SOPs and meet assigned KPIs and targets.
- Required Skills3–5 years of relevant real estate CRM experience.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Experience with real estate sales, bookings, and post-sales customer service will be an advantage.
