We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Engineer to supervise construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage day-to-day site operations as per project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and civil engineering activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and site progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Inspect the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within the project schedule.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, estimation, and site execution.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and handle multiple activities efficiently.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
