We are a Loan Collection & Recovery Agency working with Banks and NBFCs for recovery of overdue and bad debts.

Responsibilities:

- Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.
- Follow up on pending dues and payment commitments.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
- Handle customers professionally and follow company/client guidelines.

Requirements:

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and target-oriented.
