Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, trend-savvy, and high-velocity Retail Sales Executive to join our fast fashion in-store team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, thriving in a fast-paced environment where merchandise changes weekly. Your primary mission is to maximize sales by actively engaging with customers, providing instant styling advice, and maintaining immaculate, high-energy visual displays on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Sales: Actively approach customers on the floor, multi-task between shoppers, and drive impulsive and basket-building purchases to beat daily sales targets.

Fast-Paced Styling: Deliver rapid, on-trend styling advice, suggesting complete outfits and upsells based on current viral fashion trends and micro-seasons.

Rapid Stock Rotation: Execute swift replenishment of high-turnover inventory from the stockroom to the floor, ensuring sizes and fresh arrivals are instantly available.

Fittings Room Management: Drive sales directly from the fitting rooms by managing waitlines efficiently, retrieving alternative sizes, and clearing rooms quickly to keep stock moving.

Visual Maintenance:



Constantly recover and organize heavily trafficked zones, maintaining crisp folding and exact sizing standards amidst high customer volume.

Speedy POS Checkout: Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to keep checkout lines short, handling cash, digital payments, and returns with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of retail experience in a high-footfall fast fashion setting (e.g., Zara, H&M;, Max, Trends, or similar brands) is highly preferred.

Trend Awareness: Passionate about fashion with strong baseline knowledge of current social media trends, aesthetics, and seasonal styles.

Speed & Stamina: High physical stamina to remain on your feet for long shifts, moving quickly to manage stock and assist customers in a bustling environment.

Agility: Ability to adapt instantly to rapid store layout changes, price markdowns, and sudden influxes of new inventory drops.

Schedule Flexibility: Full availability to work peak retail hours, including late-night shifts, weekends, and major holiday sale events.
