Jobforsure Staffing Services Pvt Ltd is hiring experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Callers for a leading US Healthcare RCM process in Chennai. Candidates with strong expertise in Physician Billing (PB), end-to-end denial management, and insurance follow-ups are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of US healthcare billing processes, and the ability to resolve outstanding claims efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable claims.
- Perform end-to-end denial management, including denial identification, analysis, follow-up, and resolution.
- Investigate unpaid, underpaid, rejected, and denied insurance claims.
- Follow up with insurance payers to obtain claim status, payment updates, and reasons for denials.
- Identify denial trends and take appropriate action to resolve claim issues.
- Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and insurance payment details.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim follow-ups and account updates.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.




- Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims to reduce outstanding AR.
- Communicate professionally with US insurance representatives and adhere to process guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
- Solid knowledge of Physician Billing (PB) and end-to-end denial management.
- Any degree is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
