● Electrical Wiring: Read schematic diagrams to wire electrical cabinets. Cleanly route and connect power distribution units, switching power supplies (24V, 15V, 5V), drivers, and control boards.
● Optical Integration: Safely mount and align delicate components, including laser sources (Fiber/CO2), Galvo scanning heads, red-light pointers, and field lenses.
● System Testing & Calibration: Install control software (e.g., EZCad), configure machine parameters, calibrate focal lengths, and run test marks to ensure exact geometric accuracy.
● Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on completed machines, diagnose electrical or mechanical faults, and resolve issues before shipment.
