Key Responsibilities

* Handle import shipments (sea and air) from pre-alert to final delivery.

* Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, and transporters.

* Check import documents (BL/AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.) and update customers.

* Send arrival notices and track vessel/flight schedules and ETAs.

* Follow up on delivery order (DO) release and customs clearance.

* Monitor free days, detention, and demurrage to avoid extra charges.
