Learning Saint Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Support & Network Technician who can independently manage day-to-day IT hardware, software and network-related requirements within the organization.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues including RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, battery, display, motherboard-related basic issues, chargers and peripherals.
- Install and configure Windows, drivers and required software.
- Format, configure and prepare laptops for new employees.
- Maintain records of laptops and other IT assets issued to employees.
- Handle software installation, system updates, and antivirus-related issues.
- Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity problems.
- Monitor and coordinate issues related to the Company's leased-line internet connection.
- Coordinate with ISP/network vendors in case of downtime or connectivity issues.
- Handle routers, switches, LAN cables,



and basic network configuration.
- Configure printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
- Resolve employee IT support requests.
- Manage basic email/account/access-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper IT asset and repair records.
- Coordinate laptop repairs and replacements with vendors where required.
- Recover, inspect, and prepare laptops for reassignment when employees leave.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of Company systems and data.
