Role Description The Senior Associate Housekeeping role is a full-time, in office position based in Chandigarh. This role involves overseeing daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas, maintaining linen and supplies, and ensuring all spaces meet the resort’s hygiene and presentation standards. The Senior Associate Housekeeping supports the housekeeping leadership team by coordinating tasks, guiding junior staff, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. Daily responsibilities also include responding to guest requests, ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are followed,



and collaborating with other departments to support smooth resort operations. The role requires consistent adherence to brand standards and a proactive approach to delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations to support efficient housekeeping and property upkeep.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair awareness to identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, use of housekeeping equipment, and basic safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
