The roles and responsibilities of a ServiceNow developer may vary depending on the project, organization, and level of experience, but some common tasks include:
1. Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.




- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, specifically around automation.
2. Design and Architecture:
- Design ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions that align with business processes.
- Develop automation scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow platform features like Flow Designer and ServiceNow Orchestration.
3. Development:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, modules, and automation workflows within ServiceNow.
- Build and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and automated workflows.
- Utilize JavaScript, Glide APIs, and other ServiceNow components for automation.
4. Integration:
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications, tools, and APIs to enable end-to-end automation.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML to create automated workflows across multiple systems.
5. Testing & Debugging:
