In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead regional sales activities for Emerson's Isolation Valves portfolio and achieve or exceed assigned business objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market growth, increase customer engagement, and expand Emerson's presence across key industries.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts, end users, OEMs, EPCs, and channel partners to identify and influence upcoming projects and opportunities.
• Drive early engagement with customers to position Emerson solutions and create value through consultative selling approaches.
• Identify opportunities to expand and protect the installed base while promoting portfolio growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies and differentiate Emerson's offerings.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project outcomes.
• Coach,



support, and influence team members and stakeholders to achieve shared business goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer activity plans through established business processes.
• Develop customer engagement plans, conduct technical and commercial presentations, and represent Emerson professionally within the assigned territory.
