How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
Maintains Microsoft 365 application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm. May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes. Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS).



Senior level roles require broad knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through extensive IT work experience and may require professional education or certification.
• Has full proficiency gained through IT Support-related training and considerable work experience.
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
• Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots recent, less obvious solutions

About you

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Application Support role.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrates scheduling flexibility and the ability to support stakeholders across global time zones, including coordination with US, UK, and India-based teams.
