Description
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Associate to provide technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to help others resolve their IT-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests and incidents in a ticketing system.
- Document and update technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees by providing necessary IT support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
- Maintain asset inventory and assist with IT asset management.

Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of IT support processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.




- Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic understanding of ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.

Qualification: Any graduates/10+3 Diploma
Experience:6months - 4years in IT Service Desk/International Technical support voice process
Shift: Rotational shift ,2 Rotational off
Salary: 5Lakhs-5.5 lakhs + Shift Allowance
