We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance and Claims Management processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating end-to-end insurance workflows, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Endorsements, and Renewals. The role requires strong functional testing skills, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
Design, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data for P&C; Insurance applications.
Validate end-to-end insurance business processes, including:
Policy Issuance
Underwriting
Policy Endorsements
Policy Renewals
Claims Intake and Claims Processing
Billing and Payments
Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing,



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support activities.
Execute test cycles, document results, and ensure adequate business and functional coverage.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
Validate integrations between insurance systems and third-party applications.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide testing metrics, status reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance applications.
Strong understanding of P&C; Insurance busin
