Job Role = CRM Lead

Location = Pune, India

Pune, India | Financial Services / Payments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions independently across complex CRM landscapes
• Lead development across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Revenue platforms including CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
• Implement advanced automations (FLOW, etc), custom development (Apex, LWC), integrations, and reporting
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, workplace strategy, and release management




• Understand of the data governance and other initiatives across Salesforce orgs and legacy systems
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and data governance standards in a financial services context.
• Help usher use of LLM lead development and other AI tooling

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of hands on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise across Core Clouds and Revenue Cloud ecosystems
• Robust, proven hands on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniStudio
• Hands on experience with: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, CPQ / Revenue Cloud (mandatory)
• Strong command of Salesforce data models, security architecture, performance tuning, and large data volume best practices
• Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git based version control, and automated release management
• Prior exposure to financial serv
