Job Description

• Support the Cluster Financial Controller in the day-to-day management of the Finance department, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports, forecasts, budgets and financial analysis.
• Monitor daily income audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable,



general cashier and general ledger functions to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and month-end closing activities to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and cost control initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with operational departments to analyse business performance, control costs and support commercial decision-making.
• Assist with internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
• Support the Cluster Financial Controller in developing, coaching and engaging the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
