?????????? ????????:
• Team Leader: 1–2 years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.
• Operations Manager: 1+ years of experience in US Logistics Brokerage / Freight Brokerage operations.

??? ????????????????:
• Manage daily freight operations and ensure smooth shipment execution from pickup to delivery.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the operations team.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Monitor load coverage, shipment status, escalations, and operational performance.
• Track KPIs, productivity,



and targets while improving processes and service quality.
• Build strong carrier relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

???? ??’?? ??????? ???:
• Knowledge of US freight brokerage operations and equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
• Experience in carrier management, load planning, and shipment coordination.
• Familiarity with TMS, DAT, Truckstop, or other freight tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
