Diamond Forest is a New York-based luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry brand creating fine jewelry inspired by nature, craftsmanship, and up-to-date luxury. Backed by our diamond manufacturing expertise in Surat, India, we serve the US market through our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform.
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of our Google advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on increasing profitable online sales and customer acquisition in the United States.
1. Google Ads Strategy & Campaign Management
• Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting customers across the United States.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop keyword strategies targeting high-intent customers searching for lab-grown diamond jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry.
• Structure campaigns by product category, customer intent, audience, and business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies,
audience targeting, and geographic segmentation.
2. E-commerce Growth & Performance Optimization
• Drive qualified website traffic, online purchases, and revenue while maintaining profitable customer acquisition costs.
• Optimize campaigns using ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), conversion rate, average order value, and revenue data.
• Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and reduce wasted advertising spend.
• Develop strategies for high-ticket jewelry products with longer customer consideration cycles.
• Build and optimize remarketing strategies to re-engage website visitors and potential buyers.
3. Google Merchant Center & Shopping Ads
• Manage Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
• Monitor product approvals, feed errors, product attributes, pricing, and campaign eligibility.
