What You’ll Do
• Follow up with clients on outstanding dues and meet monthly collection targets
• Analyse AR ageing and prioritise overdue accounts
• Resolve invoice disputes with clients, Sales and Operations
• Reconcile receipts and explicit unapplied cash
• Support billing, month-end close and MIS reporting
What You’ll Need
• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–4 years in AR, collections or O2C (shared services or B2B)
• Experience with SAP, HighRadius or similar tools
• Strong Excel and clear client communication
Good to Have
• Knowledge of GST and TDS
