Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) is seeking to hire a Bid Content Specialist – Knowledge and Document Manager. As a Bid Proposal Knowledge Specialist you are responsible for ensuring Gallagher’s Bid Library is proactively maintained with fresh, relevant content.
The Proposal Knowledge Specialist is responsible for managing Gallagher's proposal content, knowledge assets, and proposal administration processes across Responsive, SharePoint, WIN,



OneNote, and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will become an expert in using Gallagher’s ‘Responsive – formerly RFPIO’ technology to work with Sales Teams to capture and communicate our value proposition. You will use the Bid Library to provide Sales Teams with answer content across all Gallagher propositions. The role ensures content accuracy, governance, discoverability, and operational excellence while supporting proposal teams through effective knowledge management and stakeholder collaboration. As a champion of AI and digital enablement, the specialist promotes the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other emerging technologies to improve content quality, productivity, and proposal development efficiency.
