Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors within the sales operations function, providing guidance, and handling challenges while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role manages operational processes across the sales cycle, nurtures strategic relationships, and shares expertise with the internal teams. The role focuses on driving continuous process improvement and enhancing the team’s performance while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities
• Manages a team of individual contributors and supervisors across multiple job families within the sales operations function providing guidance and ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Sets the direction for assigned teams and holds accountability for the deliverables while managing expenses effectively.
• Fosters strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to create cutting-edge solutions for customers and partners, leveraging both internal and external resources.




• Manages the execution of operational processes across a complete sales cycle to meet service-level objectives and targets.
• Offers consulting expertise to project and account teams in developing customer-centric solutions and provides feedback on processes and capabilities.
• Ensures that expense objectives are met while maintaining the team's effectiveness in supporting sales operations.
• Drives continuous improvement in sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manages recruitments, performance goals, and career development, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and resources to support the team and optimize processes.
• Utilizes customer and sales data to generate insights for customer and business decisions.
• Ensures all customer issues and concerns are addressed, resolved, or escalated in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
